The view was absolutely jaw-dropping, with stunning visuals of the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Fountain show. The location was excellent, within a short walking distance to the Dubai Mall. The apartment was clean and well-equipped, with all the necessary utensils in the kitchen. There was a convenience store nearby, and the staff, especially Reynan and his team, were incredibly helpful and available whenever needed. The building concierge was friendly, and the keypad entry to the apartment added an extra touch of convenience. Miss Cherry, in particular, provided excellent service with a smile. it was a perfect place to relax, recharge, and bond with family. The apartment comes highly recommended, and we look forward to coming back in the future.

We had an amazing stay at Elite Royal Apartment - Burj Residences T5 | Diamond. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the attention to detail and the luxurious decor. the apartment was impeccably clean and had all the amenities we needed. the location was perfect, with stunning views of the Burj Khalifa and daily shows of the Dubai Fountain. the Dubai Mall was just a short walk away, making it convenient for shopping and dining. the staff, especially Reynan and his team, were helpful and always available when needed. We highly recommend this apartment for a luxury break in Dubai.

The location of the apartment is excellent, offering stunning views of the Burj Khalifa and the dancing fountain. The spacious rooms are well-decorated and clean, providing a luxurious retreat for guests. The balcony is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beauty of the Burj Khalifa. The friendly and attentive staff, such as Aarias, Sir Ed, Mam Cherry, and Sir Adonis. The apartment also includes amenities such as a concierge service and keypad entry for added convenience.
Some of the furniture in the apartment may be too big for the space, which can be impractical at times.

the location was perfect with a stunning view of the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Fountain. the apartment was clean, luxurious, and had a balcony where we could enjoy the view. the staff was highly trained and provided quick responses to our inquiries. the property was spacious and had a PlayStation that the kids enjoyed playing with. The breakfast served on both days was good and overall, it was a quiet and peaceful place to stay and relax with my family. Cons: Nothing not to like.
